This hotel suits me perfectly with its great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, and excellent restaurant. The staff even helped me with directions to local attractions during my first stay. I can’t wait to come back for Christmas!

Had a great time with friends visiting Heinz Field for a Steelers game and catching a Pirates game at PNC Park. The staff were super friendly, especially the shuttle drivers. They made it easy getting around. Just a heads up, the bar opens a bit late, so plan lunch ahead!
The bar downstairs didn't open early enough which made it tough to get a bite before heading out for the day.

The King Suite provided ample space, with a lot of room for movement and a comfortable king bed. Location really shines with easy access to nearby dining and attractions, ideal for a night out.
Check-in was cumbersome, with a double charge on my card that took days to resolve. The shower not only had mold and hair left behind but also showed signs of neglect, like a dusty environment and peeling wallpaper. To top it off, common facilities, like the hot tub, were out of service, and the pool was closed due to high bacteria levels, which made for a disappointing experience.

Friendly staff and great location for concerts
I recently stayed for 1 night and was impressed by the friendly and helpful staff. The hotel's proximity to the concert venues made it super convenient. My room was clean and comfortable, though it was a bit noisy at times due to nearby events. Management could improve the bar staffing, as it was overwhelmed after the concert, making it tough to grab a drink post-show.

We loved our stay, especially enjoying the great food at the restaurant and the indoor pool that was perfect for relaxing after our busy day. The jacuzzi was a nice treat too, providing a great way to unwind. Just a heads up, housekeeping could have been a bit more attentive, but it didn’t put a damper on our fun! 😊

I recently stayed at Cambria Hotel for a Penguins game and really enjoyed the location. It’s right next to PPG Paints Arena, making it super convenient. The shuttle service was a huge plus. John, our driver, was friendly and told us some great stories about Pittsburgh. The room was spacious and clean too. I liked the modern decor and that there was a nice bar in the lobby area. The staff were helpful with check-in and accommodating despite the busy game day vibe. However, I did have a few issues. The bathroom fan didn’t work, and I found only one coffee cup in the room, which was a bit inconvenient. The carpet in the hallway seemed like it could use a deep clean since it had some noticeable stains. All in all, the positives outweighed the negatives, but a little more attention to detail would make a big difference.

Loved the proximity to PPG Arena—just a hop, skip, and a jump! The spacious king suite was a delightful surprise. Clean, comfy, and close to everything we wanted to see.
